- Then since we copied to the admin profiler to regular user profiler, we need to change the files and folder permission and ownership (click “Advanced”, and “Owners” Tab).

There are some other configurations that might take place depending on your set up, here’s how we did it. - We copied the profiler file to c:/Manpro , then we have to change the one file extension from “.dat” to “.man”

Note: You can not copy profiler of user that are logged on, so make to restart after you logged in and continue these steps as administrator.

- Right click on "My Computer", and choose "Properties"

- Choose "Advanced" Tab, then under User Profiler section, click "Setting"

- Then choose which Profiler that you want to copy, and click "Copy To"

- Then browse the location you like to put the profiler files, then under permitter to use section, click "Change"

- Then choose the location of the user, and click "Advanced"

- Then click "Find Now", and choose which user that will use the profiler.

Then OK, OK, OK. That should do it!

Right Click on the desktop -> Then choose Properties

Then on the display properties, choose Screen Saver Tab, and choose Power option on the bottom

Then in the power option properties, choose Hibernate Tab and un-check Enable Hibernation, then choose Apply and/or OK

Once in a while we need to defragment our disk to maintain the performace of the computer. but not all the computer have this option in the

Start -> Accecories -> System Tools -> Disk Defragmenter

So if your computers don't have this option, you could also open that from

Start -> Run -> "dfrg.msc"

For example: On my Dell Optiplex 755 I have to open it from run but on my Dell GX280 I can just open from System Tools.
