    ok, here is my story, i provide IT support to a group of 30 people. Everyone in the group often have some small problems here and there. But my boss who is the only person that constantly bug me about silly IT problems that she created for herself... She ...  moreok, here is my story, i provide IT support to a group of 30 people. Everyone in the group often have some small problems here and there. But my boss who is the only person that constantly bug me about silly IT problems that she created for herself... She drives me nuts (this lady has no knowledge about computers or IT), the only thing she has is a PHD in education.     I would gladly help her out with her problems, but her problems are just too much sometimes, especially these problem are repetative...she is like a problems magnet... :(  less
